Classes available for all school-aged children to enjoy gymnastics through summer - existing members & newcomers both welcome! Children are grouped together with others at the same level to develop their skills further, just as in our regular Stage 1-4 Programme, and work across all Olympic apparatus in our fantastic facility. We recommend no more than half-day bookings for young gymnasts aged 4-6yrs as our sessions can be quite demanding and younger children tend to struggle with longer hours. Whether you're a complete beginner looking to try gymnastics for the first time, or an experienced gymnast already, we've got something fun & exciting for you!
Camp notes
YOUNG GYMNASTS
Please note: we recommend half-day bookings as a maximum for children aged 4-6. Our gymnastics sessions are physically demanding and we find that the youngest children struggle to get through full days at camps.
LUNCH / SNACKS
All gymnasts staying a full day must bring their own lunch with them. Absolutely no nuts are allowed in the venue due to allergy risks.
If your child is staying for a full day, please send them with a packed lunch & drink in a resealable water bottle. Half-day sessions will include a short refreshments break, so packaged snacks may be brought along.
CLOTHING
Gymnasts must come dressed for their camps in fitted sportswear - leotards, t-shirts / vest tops, shorts, leggings, joggers, etc. They should have a warm layer on top that can be removed when needed. Please avoid non-stretch fabrics, belts, buckles, etc.
HAIR / JEWELLERY
All long hair must be tied up securely for safety. All jewellery should ideally be left at home, or must be removed prior to the start of the session. Any jewellery that cannot be removed must be securely covered over.
